Give your event an exotic touch! With power, tactfulness and empathy, our professional rhythm-coaches will guide your team through the amazing world of percussion music. Surprise, pleasure and success are guaranteed. Forget for a moment any preconceived opinions and rediscover yourself, during a percussion workshop, as an integral and essential part of your team. Experience the powerful dynamics of percussion and learn more about team spirit, commitment, service, leadership, power and fun in a playful way. We offer workshops with groups from 6 up to 800 participants.

Our workshops provide managers valuable insights into the subtle dynamics of leadership, conflict management, motivation and the smooth functioning of a team. In an essentially non-verbal and creative process, the seminars focus on the essential themes of competent leadership. Our leadership workshops cover topics such as team spirit, leadership, creativity and courage. Participants will have the opportunity to complete a varied itinerary divided into several thematic presentations. The module lasts two to three hours.

Under the expert and moving guidance of several internationally renowned professional musicians, your staff will learn the simplest handling of a rock band's most important standard instruments (electric guitar, bass guitar, keyboards and drums). No prior knowledge is required for this event. Yes, even if you have never held an electric guitar in your hands, you can do it easily with our help! Each participant practices only one absolutely simple part. But overall, it sounds really cool! Then, we let it crash and play together a simple rock arrangement with different parts (intro, theme, end). As a souvenir, the tune will be digitally recorded and delivered to the customer as an MP3-file.

"The way Stephan Rigert handles the African tradition of drumming, points the way in Europe from both an educational as well as an artistic aspect."
Prof. Udo Dahmen - Drummer - Professor at the Hamburg Music Academy

"The participants (280 executives) only gave me the best feedback. Everyone talks about a "really great experience". But we have a problem: How can we do better than that at our event next year? It will certainly be difficult!"

Albrecht Schiewe, Swiss International Air Lines Ltd.

"The event was a great success! Stephan Rigert's passion and passion has exceeded us by a hundred percent!"
Dennis van Geenenenen, H. Otth AG

"Their spontaneity and the perfect coordination of the two drumming events due to the diversity of the participants in a fun and witty way to seriously lead we all loved it. The show was the highlight of both major events!"

Reto Stoeckli, COO Swatch Ltd

"Stephan Rigert is not only a gifted musician, but also a great connoisseur of human nature. He's as good with words as he is with drums!"

Alexander Kredt, ZHAW Finance and Controlling Department

"The percussion session was a real success, the time has passed far too quickly. Stephan Rigert has the art of electrifying all participants and discovering "talents". I strongly recommend the exercise of team-building, even to anti-musicians."
Silvia Horlacher, Swiss Re

"We are really delighted with the percussion workshop, we had a lot of fun. Thanks to Stephan Rigert's positive aura and motivation, we quickly composed a song that delighted us and encouraged us all to participate actively! We strongly recommend this workshop to build teams. We will re-register."

Since his earliest childhood, Manuel Siebs' life has revolved around rhythms and percussion instruments. From the age of 12, he regularly attended lessons and workshops with various renowned drummers (Adama Dramé, Louis Cesar Ewande, Stephan Rigert, Willy Kotoun, Eliel Lazo, Harouna Dembelé and many more). He also gained his first stage and studio experiences as a teenager. At the age of 19, Manuel Siebs moved from Eastern Switzerland to Bern to get in touch with the local music scene. A close exchange with musicians from Senegal soon developed. Five study trips to West Africa followed. There he plays at weddings, baptisms and other local festivals. As a sought-after live and studio musician, he works throughout Europe and West Africa with bands such as: The Faranas, Discosaster, Klischée, Bubble Beatz, ETH Big Band, Greis, Zurich Chamber Orchestra, Stephan Rigert's Talking Drums, La Differente and Stadttheater St. Gallen (Desert Flower Musical). Manuel Siebs conducts numerous courses and workshops for various institutions.

Under the direction of Manuel Siebs, 50 people, both skeptical and sceptical, transformed themselves in a short time from hesitant clocks to a powerful set of drums. A big compliment to Manuel! He knows in a very competent and playful way how to get people out of himself and train them. His enthusiasm and vivacity are quite contagious. An unforgettable experience - a positive long-term effect guaranteed!"
Bettina Trachsel, PRA, University of St. Gallen

"What an impressive and powerful team event we had! Everyone, without exception, enjoyed the drum workshop so much. It was such a pleasure to see everyone's faces light up with so much laughter and fun. This activity created positive energy, synchronized teamwork, new leaders who may not have known they could "lead". Collaboration by listening and maintaining the rhythm. A big thank you to Manuel Siebs!!!!!!! You made our day with your enthusiasm, your playful spirit and not to mention the incredible drumming talent that we could have listened to all evening... The entire organization, from email contact to equipment delivery and team event, was impeccable... It was a pleasure and an absolute success and I repeat it immediately with the other teams."
Lisa Giuri, Hoffmann-La Roche
